The Lewes Building Company will help you design your custom home or help you find and an existing custom home plan and make it uniquely yours.

Because we are a custom home builder, we do not offer pre-packaged house plans.  However, as a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program, we have access to thousands of house plans and long-standing relationships with leading architectural firms dedicated to customizing these well-loved homes.  We have provided here just a small sample of house plans we have found that are beautiful, coastal and designed for modern lifestyles.  We also work with local architects for custom home design, landscape & hardscape design, and exterior living spaces.  This model allows our clients to navigate through custom home design quickly and at an affordable cost. We are able to build you and your family a true custom home for around the same cost as other’s limited prepackaged or “series” homes.
